Bus Buddies
Join Us as we check ’em in, load ’em up & get campers to camp for the exciting week. We need a bunch of people! Help is needed on Sunday June 9th at Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas.
Required duties of our nursing staff include:
- Reviews camper medical forms & information prior to camp
- Help check campers in at Scottish Rite on Sunday morning
- Administering meds & doing skin checks
- Interacting with campers & counselors during activities, especially swimming, horses, zip line
- Keeping medical records for camp week
- Responsible for bowel program and catheterization schedules
- Giving campers a positive medical experience
- Assist campers with becoming independent on skills such as cathing
Medical Team Interview, Background check and pre-camp training is required.
$25 registration fee is requested but not required.
